Technical contact for enterprise customers across various industries
Close collaboration with Sales, Product Management and Development
Analysis of complex customer environments and development of scalable, secure and high-performance solution concepts
Conducting product demonstrations, proofs of concept and technical workshops
Participation in customer meetings to identify technical and business requirements
Supporting the sales process with RFIs and RFPs
Structured transfer of customer feedback to Sales and Product teams
Continuous development of personal knowledge on current IT trends
Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field, or relevant practical experience
Several years of experience as a Solution Engineer, in technical presales, consulting or technical sales within enterprise software environments
Experience with APIs, REST integrations and scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell or shell
Solid knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP and container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
Good understanding of IT architectures, including networking, servers, databases and cloud environments
Strong knowledge of operating systems such as Unix, Linux and Windows, as well as IT security and fundamental data warehousing and business intelligence concepts
Deep technical expertise in Automic, Control-M or Airflow is an advantage
Experience with observability platforms such as Grafana, Dynatrace or Datadog is also an advantage
Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
