Create, structure, and maintain the PCH (Human Cost Projection) model with daily, weekly and monthly views
Develop and monitor revenue projections by operation, account and consolidated levels
Perform financial analyses focused on efficiency, profitability and optimization opportunities
Contribute to the development of financial and operational KPIs (ROL, cost, margin, HC, productivity)
Create and enhance dashboards and executive reports (Excel / Power BI)
Support leadership with strategic insights for decision-making
Act in a consultative capacity with planning, operations and finance teams
Identify and propose continuous process improvements
Perform other related duties

Must be at least 18 years old
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering or related fields
Solid experience in finance with a focus on planning, projections and cost analysis
Advanced Excel (financial modeling, data analysis, automation)
Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools
Experience building financial models (forecasting, budgeting, PCH)
Strong analytical skills and business acumen
