The Internal People Consultant will be responsible for providing people management support within the company, acting as a strategic partner in development, engagement and talent retention initiatives across the various businesses served.
Align business strategies with people management practices, processes and organizational culture;
Act as a strategic link between HR (or the functional area) and operational and executive leadership;
Take on a consultative role in decision-making, strongly influencing business area results, maximizing performance and monitoring organizational outcomes;
Co-create the real needs of client areas with the Centers of Excellence (COEs);
Focus on delivering value aligned with the company's strategic planning, the business areas, and the VP of People;
Critically analyze business needs and guide actions that generate the greatest added value;
Work daily on organizational diagnostics of the areas and intervene whenever appropriate and necessary;
Work on succession management for the areas;
Read and analyze people and business dashboards, correlate data and take action whenever necessary;
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields;
Extensive experience as an Internal Human Resources Consultant (HRBP);
Knowledge of performance evaluation tools and organizational climate management;
Experience with People Data and Analytics — skills in reading and correlating people-related data;
Experience leading projects;
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team;
Proactivity and strong problem-solving skills.
