Support Financial Operations & Reporting
Assist in period-end close processes and ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data
Navigate and use information system applications (e.g., SAP, iECS, and other internal tools) to collect, validate, and consolidate financial data
Load, reconcile, and archive data across financial systems
Support ad hoc reporting and analysis requests from internal partners
Analyze & Communicate Financial Information
Validate data outputs and investigate discrepancies as needed
Build and maintain reports that summarize variances and trends
Document findings and communicate insights to team members and management
Support the preparation of presentations and summaries for partners
Actively find opportunities for operational improvements, including the exploration and adoption of AI tools, automation, and emerging technologies to enhance financial workflows
Leverage AI-assisted solutions (e.g., generative AI, data analytics tools) to streamline repetitive tasks, improve data accuracy, and accelerate reporting cycles
Stay current with AI and technology trends relevant to Finance and proactively propose use cases for the team
Collaborate with senior analysts and cross-functional partners to gain insight and align on guidelines
Support the design and maintenance of forecast models and system solutions under senior guidance
Maintain awareness of internal policies and regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, GAAP)

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in finance, accounting, or a related field
0–3 years of professional experience in Finance, Accounting, or similar fields
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
