Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Full Stack developer.
Experience in backend development using Java (Spring Boot) or similar technologies.
Experience in frontend development using React or equivalent modern frameworks.
Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.
Knowledge of microservices architecture.
Familiarity with system integration patterns.
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
Experience with version control using Git.
Experience with modern software engineering practices.
Experience with CI/CD and deployment automation.
Knowledge of automated testing and quality strategies.
Knowledge of observability practices, logging, and monitoring.
Experience with containers and orchestration (Docker / Kubernetes) is a plus.
Experience with event-driven architecture is a plus.
Experience with public or hybrid cloud is a plus.
Ability to work hands-on while maintaining an architectural perspective.
Good communication skills and ability to work in collaborative environments.
