Develop and execute strategies for hardware and maintain strategic supplier’s relationships
Identify/implement cost saving opportunities
Ensure the supply base and industry leading quality
Act as the key interface between internal Engineering, Operations, Material and other cross functional teams and external commodity suppliers, contractor manufacturers to ensure procurement initiatives and support business objectives
Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify opportunities and risks related to product design and business plans
Ensure supply assurance, driving necessary and timely action for potential supply issues

Engineering or technical degree
Great English communication skills
Sourcing management, min 4 years of experience
Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to adapt to dynamic and at times ambiguous environments
5-10 years of experience in supply chain development, sourcing management, or manufacturing operations
Previous experience in the following areas is preferred: Plastic and silicon injection molding, Metal stamping and CNC, Metal injection molding, Batteries, Speakers, optical components
Good communication skills and ability to work in multilingual as well as multicultural environments with partners
Periodical travel to supplier’s domestic and international manufacturing sites, approximately 25%
