Using AI to identify edge cases, analyze test results, and accelerate root cause analysis of defects.
Evaluating and integrating AI-driven QA tools and workflows to improve testing efficiency and reliability.
Working closely with cross-functional teams to deploy bug-free software, including engineers, designers, and product managers.
Assisting in coordinating the QA discipline at Hiive, including implementing best practices and mentoring other EITs.
Requirements
Substantial experience building automated end-to-end test suites using Playwright.
Substantial experience performing manual QA on responsive web platforms.
Experience using AI tools to enhance QA workflows, including test generation, debugging, and test analysis.
Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using GitHub Actions.
Ability to create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, cases, and reports.
Exhibit strong communication and documentation skills.
Proficiency in one or more programming languages.
Familiarity with ExUnit or other Elixir unit testing frameworks.
