Deliver high-quality, production-ready software without guidance
Lead design sessions and drive architectural decisions
Mentor SDE I and SDE II team members
Analyze existing systems to identify bottlenecks and technical debt
Support production applications with advanced observability
Champion and enforce engineering standards including TDD, BDD, and Microservice Architectures
Serve as a primary code reviewer
Integrate AI/ML workflows into the SDLC
Proactively implement improvements to service performance and system health.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field; OR demonstrable equivalent experience
At least 5 years of experience in software engineering
Proven ability to deliver complex software features from concept to production without supervision
Strong ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong proficiency in Angular and/or React
Experience building and consuming REST APIs
Proven track record of writing comprehensive unit tests and test suites
Strong understanding of software security principles and OWASP guidelines
Proficiency with Git version control and CI/CD pipelines
Experience with Agile development methodologies
Experience in writing performant stored procedures and functions
Experience in developing Cloud-Native applications and services.
