Handling and resolution of IT requests in 2nd-level support (analysis, troubleshooting, documentation)
Responsibility for the quality of request handling and active participation in selected digitalization projects
Advising our clients and software vendors on the implementation of data exchange standards
Acting as an interface between customers and internal implementation teams, including close coordination with the persons responsible
Contributing to the development and optimization of our customer portal
Supporting the team with operational and administrative tasks

Completed education (school, apprenticeship, or university degree)
Strong IT affinity, interest in processes, and a high level of quality awareness
High motivation, initiative, and low willingness to travel
Good German and English skills, both spoken and written
Team-oriented personality with a confident presence
Initial experience in digitalization or a strong interest in new technologies
