Lead the design process for key products and features from concept through to delivery.
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define product vision and strategy.
Create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and animations that impress both stakeholders and users.
Take part in design workshops and brainstorming sessions to inspire creativity across teams.
Explore solutions, create prototypes, and dive into user feedback and data to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement for each initiative.
Stay up to date on design trends, tools, and industry best practices—and bring new ideas to the team.
Pay close attention to detail, prioritize simplicity, and seamlessly integrate interconnected projects to turn complex tasks into intuitive experiences.

3+ years of experience in digital product design (web, mobile, or SaaS).
A strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI case studies, high-impact product designs, and innovative solutions.
Proficiency with Figma or other design tools (a plus if you enjoy exploring code or animation design).
Experience organizing user research sessions and using tools such as Maze, UserTesting, or similar.
Experience working in agile teams and collaborating with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
Proven ability to balance business objectives and user needs to create designs that are both functional and visually appealing.
Strong understanding of design systems and component libraries—you value efficiency and consistency while keeping the end user in mind.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present your work and lead discussions confidently, including at the highest levels.
A curious, problem-solving attitude with a passion for testing new ideas and iterating quickly.
