Role Overview
- Lead compliance framework and program implementation in Nordics
- Serve as senior compliance leader for the geography
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and local laws
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership
- Define, lead, and execute compliance strategy
- Partner with Managing Director and leaders as a trusted advisor
- Drive innovative engagement models with healthcare professionals
- Oversee compliance investigations and lead proactive risk management strategies
- Mentor and develop the HCC team
Requirements
- Degree (Law, Finance, Business, Medical, or equivalent)
- Minimum 8 years of business experience
- At least 3 years in compliance, legal, regulatory, or ethics roles
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in HCC or related compliance function
- Proven track record of leading teams and influencing senior business leaders
- Deep understanding of healthcare compliance, anti-corruption laws, and industry codes
- Strong leadership presence, communication, and negotiation skills
- Business acumen with the ability to balance compliance imperatives with commercial realities
