About this role
Role Overview
Serve as the focal point for managing partners and vendors within the Service Desk ecosystem.
Requirements
Serve as the interface between vendors and internal user teams
Manage service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure timely compliance
Monitor deliveries and service availability for equipment (computers, tablets, phones)
Printers (office and thermal)
Access management
Videoconferencing support
Ensure quality of services provided within the Service Desk scope
Direct report to the Area Coordinator
Strong experience managing SLAs and vendors
Experience in Service Desk / IT Support environments
Organized, communicative, and results-oriented profile
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent demands
