Role Overview
- Develop and maintain workflows on the BMC Helix platform
- Create and customize forms and objects in the tool
- Implement integrations with other systems (APIs, Web Services, SAP, etc.)
- Deliver improvements and process automations within the platform
- Participate in gathering and analyzing technical and functional requirements
- Support incident resolution and continuous evolution of the solution
- Ensure development best practices and governance
- Provide production support and participate in potential projects
Requirements
- Experience with the BMC Helix platform
- Hands-on experience with workflows, forms and customizations
- Experience with integrations (APIs, Web Services, SAP, etc.)
- Knowledge of process automation and platform administration
- BMC Helix certification (or equivalent)
- Knowledge of databases and scripting
