Lead strategic sourcing activities for Magnetic Resonance (MR) New Product Introduction (NPI) programs
Drive the development and execution of sourcing strategies
Partner closely with Engineering, Program Management, and Quality teams
Identify, evaluate, and qualify new suppliers
Lead cost analysis initiatives and negotiate with suppliers
Proactively identify and mitigate supply chain risks
Provide technical guidance and expertise to suppliers and internal teams
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the NPI sourcing process
Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or engineering roles
Strong focus on New Product Introduction (NPI)
Global mindset and experience working with global suppliers
