About this role
Role Overview
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers ensuring satisfaction
- Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on medical equipment
- Act as the primary GEHC Services face to customers
- Meet daily service repair needs of designated equipment
- Maintain all models of Imaging Modality
- Assist in Account Sales visits and training others
- Responsible for Warranty and Preventive Maintenance service cost control
- Complete administration tasks on time
- Identify and report quality or compliance concerns to Quality Organization
Requirements
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering / Electrical & Electronic
- Minimum 3-year field services experience
- Good verbal and written communication skills in local language and English
- Ability to work independently with minimum direction
- Willingness to work during off-hours for urgent equipment issues
- Must show initiative and motivation
- Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
