Develop, maintain, and enhance program data, repositories, and business intelligence solutions to communicate program objectives, risks, issues, and overall status
Independently lead the collection, translation, and operationalization of program and source-system data into effective reporting solutions
Partner with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements, ensure clarity of acceptance criteria, and drive solution adoption
Contribute to the development of best practices, standards, and toolkits to strengthen execution of complex, cross-enterprise initiatives
Proactively identify risks and issues, escalate roadblocks as needed, and drive resolution with end-to-end ownership
Act as a point of contact for the GRAO Business Intelligence team, including supporting and mentoring less-experienced team members
Requirements
BSc/BA diploma
3+ years of experience in data management or business intelligence
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and MS Project
Strong experience developing program and portfolio reporting, dashboards, and management insights
Expertise in data management, data modeling, and reporting solutions for large, multi‑workstream programs
Hands-on experience with Power BI for data visualization and analytics
Ability to integrate and translate source system data into actionable business intelligence outputs
Experience with SharePoint and SQL server
Familiarity with program management repositories, tooling, and governance frameworks
Experience working in agile or hybrid delivery environments
