Create platform-specific cuts for: Social (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X), Website (homepage, product pages, case studies), Paid media and lifecycle campaigns
Ability to add motion graphics, captions, overlays, transitions, music, sound effects, and audio leveling to videos
Support optimization of videos for engagement and performance, including strong hooks in the first 3–5 seconds, clear narrative flow and CTAs, and mobile-first formatting where applicable
Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form assets
Collaborate with Growth, Brand, and Content teams to align visuals with messaging and goals
Maintain consistent visual style while adapting to different channels and experiments
Incorporate feedback and manager revisions in a fast-moving growth environment
Requirements
3+ years of professional video editing experience (agency, in-house, or freelance)
Strong experience in video storytelling for growth and performance
Strong command of tools such as: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects
Experience using AI-assisted editing tools to accelerate first-cut edits, auto-captions, and variations
Strong understanding of social media video best practices
Platform-specific formats and specs
