About this role
Role Overview
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for each business unit (Compound Semiconductor, Functional Materials, Thin Film, and Infrared)
Analyze market trends for each business unit, competition, and key-customer technology roadmaps to identify opportunities and threats
Work with HQ and various Vital sites to determine pricing strategies, product positioning, and sales tactics
Lead, mentor, and motivate the business unit leaders and sales team
Drive revenue growth by expanding the customer base and increasing sales to existing customers
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
Identify and explore new market opportunities and expansion strategies for organic growth
Generate regular reports on sales performance, revenue forecasts, and market trends
Ensure that sales activities comply with all relevant regulations and standards
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field (master’s degree preferred)
Proven track record of successful sales leadership and achievement of revenue targets
Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
Leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
Knowledge of industry-specific trends and market dynamics
Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems
Adept at managing budgets and financial performance
