Role Overview
- Participate in planning, design, development, training, implementation, communication, maintenance/support, and evaluation of existing or new functionality related to assigned EPIC Willow applications
- On call and weekend rotation
- SCHEDULE Monday
- Friday 8am
- 4:30 pm EST
Requirements
- Associate degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or equivalent experience
- Capable of quickly absorbing knowledge of assigned clinical software applications and healthcare operations
- 2 years of acute care or retail experience
- Clinical Licensure Pharmacy/Tech upon hire
- Epic Certification in primary application within three months of completing first Epic class (mandatory)
- RPh, Bachelor’s degree, or 3 years' experience in Information Technology (preferred)
- IT background (preferred)
- Effective oral, written communication, and follow-up skills (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal relationship skills (preferred)
- Task management and problem-solving skills (preferred)
- Strong desktop tool usage including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (preferred)
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, problem solver (preferred)
- 3-5 years of acute care or retail experience (preferred)
