Perform research and due diligence on external investment managers
Perform regular manager searches for variety of asset classes and vehicles
Contact fund and manager firms for updates on strategies and performance
Present findings and recommendations to Asset Management Council and WM Management
Develop efficient portfolios and models for different objectives across risk spectrum
Document findings for compliance and audit
Communicate portfolio and manager information to Portfolio Managers in field
Review non-approved assets received in-kind on new accounts
Perform annual reviews on non-approved assets

Bachelor’s degree required
Recent college graduates with strong academic performance and a passion for investments
Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
Good analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
