Collaborate with Data Scientists to create and improve product features powered by data and analytics
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, unusual patterns, and opportunities for improvement
Ensure data quality and resolve inconsistencies
Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover actionable insights
Provide analytics-based recommendations to support strategic decisions and partnerships
Create and maintain dashboards and reports for clear communication
Work with cross-functional teams to define analytics needs and requirements
Build deep domain knowledge to refine use cases and enhance features

2–4 years of experience in solving business problems and delivering actionable insights
Good knowledge of Python and SQL
Proven track record in delivering analytics projects using EDA and data analysis tools
Experience with large datasets and ensuring data integrity
Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
Experience working within Agile frameworks and collaborating with cross-functional teams
Excellent time management and prioritization skills
Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or MBA
Experience with Databricks and PySpark will be a plus
Familiarity with AdTech domain will be a plus
Understanding of cloud-based solutions will be a plus
