Serve as a trusted advisor driving a unified customer experience
Manage assigned customers while onboarding, adopting, and realizing business value from VMware technology
Collaborate with VMware teams to deliver technology roadmaps, assessments, and best practices reviews
Help customers achieve desired outcomes rapidly with structured engagement plans
Present customer progress and achievements during Quarterly Business Reviews
Continuously enhance technical knowledge and soft skills through VMware training programs

Bachelor's degree preferred
8+ years related experience required
Relevant years of experience in lieu of a degree may be considered
Proven work experience in customer-facing positions (e.g. TAM, Solution Engineer, technology consultant)
Experience with enterprise-level virtualization and mapping additional VMware solutions to customer requirements
Technical expertise with VMware’s Multi-cloud products (vSphere, Cloud services, NSX, etc.)
Ability to communicate effectively with CxO level personnel
