Issue manual tax invoices (Notas Fiscais), ensuring compliance with applicable tax requirements.
Issue service tax invoices (Notas Fiscais de Serviço) in accordance with municipal and state legislation.
Execute and monitor invoice cancellations, including extemporaneous (late) cancellations.
Record, control, and document fiscal processes, ensuring traceability and integrity of information.
Support the development and use of technological tools for tax issuance and cancellation.
Interact with internal and external teams to provide clarifications regarding tax documents.
Monitor tax updates and contribute to process improvement and standardization.

Bachelor's degree completed in Business Administration, Accounting, Financial Management, or related fields.
Basic knowledge of issuing tax invoices (products and services).
Basic understanding of tax legislation applied to incoming and outgoing transactions.
Basic knowledge of management systems (ERP).
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow rules and procedures.
Experience with extemporaneous (late) invoice cancellations is a plus.
Experience with Fiscal BPO or operational tax areas is a plus.
Familiarity with automation tools or systems focused on the tax area is a plus.
