About this role

Proactively contact and advise business clients as part of a team-based outbound approach.
Support the existing team in maximizing the client portfolio.
Conduct video consultations and provide targeted onboarding to the online offering for digital payment solutions.
Develop expertise in specialist knowledge, sales, processes, banking products and digitalization.

Vocational training as a bank clerk (Bankkauffrau/Bankkaufmann), further qualification or a university degree desirable.
Sales experience (outbound telephone sales) and knowledge of the department's sales products.
Strong customer-, sales
and service-orientation, and sales aptitude on the phone.
Excellent written and spoken German and English.
