Role Overview
- Responsible for Piano's accounting operations, including the preparation of audited financial reports for all group entities
- Supervision of the monthly close process
- Invoicing clients
- Collection of accounts receivable
- Oversight of accounts payable
- Monthly reporting to the executive team and the board of directors
- Tax filings
- Financial audits and cash management
Requirements
- Master's degree (equivalent to Bac+4/5) in accounting or business administration, or equivalent professional experience
- More than 10 years of progressively responsible experience
- Experience with US GAAP is essential
- Experience in international companies (outside the United States)
- Experience in group financial consolidation, including foreign exchange management
- Preference given to candidates with private equity (PE) or venture capital (VC) experience, holders of a CPA or CMA (or equivalent: DEC, DSCG), with experience in SaaS companies and/or proficiency in accounting software Sage X3 and/or LucaNet
