Prepare and support the filing of federal (Form 1120) and state income tax returns, including related tax schedules.
Prepare and assist with income tax provision and projection calculations to support financial reporting.
Prepare and assist with income tax extensions, including federal and state quarterly tax calculations, and ensure all payments are remitted on time.
Prepare income tax allocation schedules and year-end tax journal entries.
Prepare year-end 1099 schedules and related tax returns.
Assist with special projects and other tax-related initiatives as assigned.
Provide technical support during jurisdictional examinations (income tax, etc.)
Respond to notices from tax authorities
Provide support to offices regarding tax-related inquiries
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience in Public Accounting or multinational entities (MNE).
Proficient in using Excel.
Proficient in using applications such as Thomson Reuters (OneSource) or similar.
Good interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
Attention to detail with strong organizational, analytical, and planning skills.
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work independently.
