- Design and manage an end-to-end business process compliant with regulatory requirements
- Responsible for overall governance and oversight of a process
- Monitor process performance via KPIs/KQIs aligned with regulatory and organizational strategies
- Drive simplification and automation across functions
Requirements
- University degree in Life Science, quantitative science or business
- 5 years Clinical Development or Clinical Operations experience
- Extensive knowledge of end-to-end processes within clinical development
- Risk-based Quality Management process design and/or implementation essential
- Ability to anticipate and assess impact of changes on processes
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across functions
