Role Overview
- Provide quality support to clients and consultants
- Support clients telephonically / via email as the primary point of contact
- Onboarding of new consultants (training and signoffs)
- Further development through managing the LAP process with all consultants within the region
- Ensuring appointments are booked efficiently, with area focus and the type of work in mind
- Minimize the administrative burden on the entire Labour Law team
- Secure, develop and maintain client relationships
Requirements
- B-Degree in IR/Law/HR/Industrial psychology or related field
- At least 1 years’ experience in IR within LabourNet
- Experience in facilitating training would be advantageous
