Execute and support Business Services activities across Argentina, Chile, and Peru, following established processes and contributing to a harmonized operating model for promotional and non-promotional events and activities.
Independently manage assigned projects, initiatives, or workstreams, ensuring alignment with business strategy and timely, compliant execution.
Perform operational activities in full compliance with corporate policies, applicable regulations, and internal procedures, ensuring accuracy and adherence to the company standards.
Maintain effective and proactive communication with cross-functional teams to support alignment of activities and compliant execution.
Support the implementation of corporate initiatives related to process simplification, automation, and operational efficiency, in coordination with Business Practices and other relevant functions.
Execute operational tasks related to the administration and ongoing maintenance of CRM and other systems supporting commercial operations.
Support purchase order processing and related documentation to facilitate accurate and timely supplier payment management.
Prepare, analyze, and support the consolidation of periodic reports on spend, market trends, team performance, and other relevant operational metrics.
Provide high-quality administrative and technical support to Commercial teams, enabling increased focus on patients and customers.
Support activities aimed at strengthening culture of compliance, including participation in audit preparation and execution activities.
Requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to adopt and effectively leverage digital tools and management systems relevant to the role.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
