Serve as the lead developer for PS Cloud initiatives, guiding solution design, defining technical standards, and partnering with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
Design and deliver complex, custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and flows to extend Certinia PSA functionality and build advanced automation.
Possesses deep, hands-on implementation and configuration of core Certinia PSA modules, including projects, milestones, resource requests, assignments, and timecards.
Leverage deep knowledge of the PSA data model, object relationships, and end-to-end services processes to architect and implement effective solutions.
Drawing on experience from high-growth SaaS environments, continuously identify opportunities for process simplification, data quality improvement, and enhanced reporting and analytics.
Stay current with Certinia platform releases and proactively recommend the adoption of new features (e.g., Workspaces, Work Planner, Intelligent Staffing, Forecasting).
Senior Salesforce development expertise, including Apex, LWC, Flows, scalable solution design, and Integration patterns with external systems (e.g., CPQ, ERP, Billing, Data Warehouse).
Utilize strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills to resolve technical issues and maintain platform health.
Partner closely with Professional Services, Customer Success, and RevOps leaders to translate strategic business goals into scalable technical solutions.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Science, or related technical field (or equivalent experience).
6+ years of progressive experience on the Salesforce platform as Senior Consultant, or Senior Developer roles.
3+ years of hands‑on Certinia (FinancialForce) experience, focused on PS Cloud (PSA); Customer Success experience strongly preferred.
PSA System Administration certification is required.
Salesforce Platform Developer II certification required.
Expert‑level custom Salesforce development skills (Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce) plus strong Flow and declarative expertise.
Lead solution design and development across Salesforce and Certinia PS Cloud.
Deep familiarity with PSA concepts (project financials, utilization, revenue, time & expense) in a SaaS or services context.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting skills with a focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Excellent communication skills; able to explain technical designs and trade‑offs to both technical and business stakeholders.
Experience working in Agile or iterative delivery environments is preferred.
PSA implementation experience is preferred.
