About this role
Role Overview
Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings.
Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and follow-up summaries.
Track action items and ensure timely completion.
Serve as a liaison between executives, clients, and internal teams.
Organize and track purchases, expenses, and receipts.
Assist with budgeting support and expense reporting.
Maintain organized digital filing systems and records.
Support light HR administrative functions (review coordination, document tracking, etc.).
Research and register executives for conferences and industry events.
Coordinate logistics including travel, accommodations, and schedules.
Prepare briefing materials for events and speaking engagements.
Provide administrative support to additional executives as needed.
Balance competing priorities across multiple stakeholders.
Requirements
3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role (supporting senior leadership preferred)
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
High level of discretion and professionalism
Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment
Proficiency with tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, calendar tools, and communication platforms
