Provide professional therapeutic support and consultancy to oncology specialists in hospitals and private practices
Analyze and interpret available market data
Consistently implement the company strategy and execute measures to ensure target achievement
Create account plans and manage the budget responsibly
Coordinate closely and collaborate with internal stakeholders/departments
Develop innovative continuing medical education concepts
Represent the company at conferences, sponsorships and events

Degree in business administration, natural sciences, or a comparable qualification
Several years of field/sales experience supporting medical specialists
Experience in oncology or other specialty care areas
Strong product, market and customer knowledge
Confident presence with persuasive ability and enthusiasm
Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus
Business-fluent German and English
