Requirements
3–5 years of professional software development experience (or more)
Proven track record of delivering production-grade web applications
Advanced proficiency in Python with hands-on experience in at least one modern framework such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask
Proven experience building high-concurrency and high-availability applications
Strong knowledge of asynchronous programming (e.g., asyncio, Celery)
Familiarity with dependency and package management tools such as Poetry, pipenv, or uv
Solid experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL, and ORMs such as SQLAlchemy or Django ORM
Extensive experience with React, including hooks, React Router, and state management solutions (e.g., Redux, Zustand)
Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Functional Programming concepts
Ability to design scalable architectures and reusable modules using established design patterns
Commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and well-structured code
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently implement complex features
Effective project management and organizational skills, capable of handling multiple priorities and deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication for collaboration and documentation
Team-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and continuous learning
