Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering or related field
Master's degree is a plus
+12 of proven experience in the power utilities industry with depth knowledge of the power infrastructure in at least two of the following area: generation, transmission, and distribution
PMP or relevant project management certification is a plus
Leadership, communication, interpersonal skills, and conflict resolution skills
Proficiency in customer interaction and adept problem-solving skills, coupled with a keen of business acumen
Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale projects
Proven record managing multicultural technical teams within a matrix-based organization
Extensive experience in the software or process within the utilities industry
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong commitment to providing superior customer service
Excellent English verbal and writing skills, a second language is advantageous
Regional travel (Europe) between 25%-75% of the time depending on demands
