Senior Manager – Virtual Sales

Role Overview

• Direct and oversee the Virtual Sales team.
• Ensure that account executives meet all sales quotas.
• Motivate, train, and develop a high-performing virtual sales team through clear expectations, accountability, and continuous coaching.
• Participate in hiring and training of new virtual sales employees.
• Perform performance appraisals and work to develop career goals for sales representatives.
• Establish and manage activity benchmarks that drive meaningful customer conversations, pipeline development, and conversion outcomes.
• Ensure representatives have a consistent stream of sales leads to pursue.
• Relay leads to sales reps regularly.
• Recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.
• Diagnose performance gaps and translate insights into actionable plans.
• Coach representatives on activity effectiveness and quality of customer interactions.
• Collaborate with other departments to develop sales strategy for enhancing company growth.
• Inspire a high-performing sales culture.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Three or more years of sales experience in the healthcare industry.
• Three or more years of leadership experience.
• Ability to lead, manage, and motivate others through clear communication, collaboration, direct engagement, and leadership.
• Ability to multi-task, and change direction in an ever-changing environment.
• Ability to build and sustain productive relationships with key business partners.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Products; technologically proficient.
