Drive strategic productivity analysis across FP&A organization
Provide recurring analysis on various elements of the cost structure: functional approach, direct & indirect costs, related financial & business kpis.
Supply high level analysis of financial KPIs historical trends.
Leverage these to support Forecasting processes.
Keep a constant connection between key high level cost drivers & more complex reporting results & analysis
Thoroughly analyze the various reports in order to identify specific challenges & opportunities.
Follow-up related actions up to completion.
Sustain a high level of understanding on cost drivers & results in Europe: entities, reporting lines, functions, Inter/Company cross charges, Intra/Company costs allocations
Requirements
From 5 to 8 Years of relevant work experience in FP&A
Master Degree in Business Administration or Finance
Fluent in English
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Able to work independently with strong problem solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
Able to negotiate and promote/sell ideas persuasively and to interact effectively with higher levels of management (managers & above)
