Develop and execute targeted sourcing campaigns that prioritize speed, conversion, and candidate quality for priority roles
Lead sourcing strategy for enterprise-critical, niche, and hard-to-fill roles where proactive market engagement is required beyond traditional applicant flow
Operate like a sales development rep for talent—engaging passive candidates, nurturing long-term relationships, and moving them through the funnel
Optimize sourcing efforts by identifying the highest-performing channels and conversion tactics for each talent segment
Provide recruiters and hiring leaders with competitive intelligence, market positioning, and outreach strategies to win over top candidates
Translate labor market trends and data into real-time recommendations for recruiting strategy, headcount planning, and pipeline focus
Partner closely with Talent Acquisition Managers and recruiters to align on business priorities and ensure outreach is strategically targeted and revenue-impactful
Support enterprise talent initiatives by building targeted pipelines for recurring hiring segments, leadership talent, and emerging skill areas
Share actionable insights on candidate behavior, competitor hiring activity, and sourcing ROI to inform broader TA strategy
Partner with Talent Enablement leadership to test and scale new sourcing tools, automation opportunities, and market intelligence practices
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years of experience in talent sourcing, labor market research, or recruiting
Demonstrated success sourcing for hard-to-fill, niche, or business-critical roles using proactive search strategies and direct outreach
Ability to interpret market data and translate insights into practical talent recommendations for recruiters and business leaders
Experience with recruitment technologies such as ATS (Workday preferred), CRM (Phenom preferred), and other sourcing tools
Ability to manage competing priorities, follow through on commitments, and maintain a high level of organization
Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership
