Design, implement, and refine comprehensive creator strategies that align with brand objectives and resonate with target audiences.
Develop robust content frameworks for influencer partnerships and oversee the production of influencer-driven creative assets and user-generated content (UGC).
Monitor, track, and analyze campaign performance metrics and KPIs, including reach, engagement rate, traffic, conversions, and ROI (Return on Investment).
Identify, vet, and recruit influential content creators who align with the brand's values and target audience.
Provide creative briefs and guide influencers to ensure alignment with brand messaging.
Requirements
1–2 years of proven experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or digital marketing.
Demonstrated track record of building successful creator strategies, managing influencer-generated content frameworks, and nurturing long-term creator partnerships.
Experience recruiting and managing creators and influencers (bonus points for experience across multiple geographies).
Familiarity with platforms such as ShopMy, LTK, or affiliate networks (e.g., CJ, Rakuten).
Analytical mindset — able to track KPIs, manage spend, and optimize campaign results.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
