Help own and manage the annual budget and monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts for corporate functions, partnering closely with ELT stakeholders
Partner with corporate function leaders to provide financial insights, variance analysis, and actionable recommendations
Support the preparation and delivery of monthly management reporting packages and monthly ELT financial reviews
Analyze financial performance, key drivers, and KPIs to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the business
Collaborate with Accounting to ensure alignment between financial reporting and forecasts
Partner with segment FP&A teams to ensure alignment between corporate and business unit forecasts, assumptions, and reporting
Respond to ad hoc requests from senior leadership, delivering timely and insightful analysis to support decision-making

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, required
Minimum two years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or a related analytical role
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, advanced formulas) and PowerPoint (executive-level presentations)
Solid understanding of financial statements, variance analysis, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Strong business partnering skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
Experience working with financial systems and reporting tools (e.g., OneStream, Power BI, or similar platforms) preferred
