Role Overview
- Provide high quality business-enhancing legal services to PWM&FO’s business units
- Advise, structure, draft, and develop PWM&FO products and services
- Assist client teams with daily handling of private law matters
- Implement new laws and regulations
- Participate in various strategic projects related to PWM&FO activities
Requirements
- Completed law degree
- At least four years’ legal working experience
- Extensive experience in financing transactions, commercial contracts, or private law matters
- Proven ability to lead legal workstream in strategic initiatives
- Strong analytical skills and sound judgment
- Excellent collaboration skills and service-minded approach
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English.
