Role Overview
Emphasizing client marketing, developing client relationships, mentoring staff, and growing Industrial Hygiene services in the Gulf Coast region as well as nationally
Marketing, selling, developing, and managing a wide variety of Industrial Hygiene and safety services
Overseeing the preparation of complex project proposals, reports and deliverables
Providing leadership, training and management support and mentor staff in the Industrial Hygiene consulting discipline and serve as a subject matter expert resource
Requirements
10+ years in client-focused consulting environment with emphasis on Industrial hygiene, asbestos, lead-based paint, hazardous building materials (HBMs), management of HBMs, indoor air quality (IAQ) and mold evaluations, and chemical exposure assessments
Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to deliver effective presentations and training sessions
Education: BS in physical sciences, industrial hygiene, safety, environmental sciences, or related science/engineering fields, or equivalent demonstrated experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
General understanding of HVAC and building mechanical systems, construction, renovation, and demolition activities
Knowledge of applicable OSHA, EPA, and state regulations related to asbestos, lead, mold, and related HBMs
