Board certification preferred, with Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist, strongly preferred.
5+ years specific healthcare and/or systems-related experience
Active pharmacist license
At least 5 years of clinical health care experience; preference is for experience as pharmacist in community oncology, or related space.
Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to synthesize clinical complexity and business impact into clear, purposeful messaging across multiple formats.
Strong oncology expertise, including guideline interpretation, EHR terminology, and regimen library management.
Ability to analyze clinical data and workflows and apply insights to clinical programs and business needs.
