Draft, review, and negotiate loan agreements and key transaction documents
Lead title and survey review, identifying and resolving issues proactively
Advise clients on financing structures and risk mitigation strategies
Partner with colleagues across offices to deliver seamless, high-quality legal service
Requirements
JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record
Active Bar admission (in good standing)
4–6 years of substantive real estate law experience
Proven background in:
Real estate financing
Lender-side representation
Drafting and negotiating loan documents
Experience with title and survey diligence
