Truly understand our clients, their challenges and opportunities, and use that knowledge to continuously add more value
Own the full design cycle, from brainstorming to delivery (personas, use cases, information architecture, low and high fidelity interactive mockups, usability testing etc.)
Define a visual language that aligns with our brand’s voice and values, to be used across our products, websites, landing pages, printed publications and social media presence
Take part in building and maintaining a design system that will be used by our design and development teams going forward
Contribute to our overall approach and standards. Set a high bar for design quality and help teams ship quality products at scale
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Visual Communication, or a related field (e.g., B.Des)
4+ years of product design experience, working on both consumer and enterprise products
Highly skilled in Figma (Designing and building components, creating complex prototyping)
Experience working closely with dev team and product managers
Experienced with design for web, native mobile apps, and responsive design
Experience in working with design system, and taking part in building design systems
Up-to-date knowledge of designing for accessibility
Ownership of product design lifecycle
User interviews, ideation, wireframing, visual design, usability testing
Ability to portray complex ideas and concepts quickly and clearly
Ability to reduce complex problems to the right balance of flexibility, and ease of use
Creative flair, innovative thinking, excellent attention to detail
Team player who others enjoy to collaborate with
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Hebrew)
Self learner and early adopter for new tools and technology in the UX field.
