Proactive promotion and development of internal and external responsibilities
Simultaneous management of multiple, independent projects and development activities
Participation in and implementation of planning, reviews and retrospectives (SCRUM process)
Definition and prioritization of product requirements in close collaboration with stakeholders
Creation and maintenance of the product backlog
Ensuring timely delivery of product developments
Proactively capturing ideas from the team, evaluating them and integrating them into the product strategy
Collaboration with the development team and external service providers to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented
Modeling business processes in collaboration with responsible employees
Supporting change processes as part of product implementation
Close collaboration with interdisciplinary development teams and external partners to ensure efficient execution

Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Information Technology or a comparable qualification
At least three years of professional experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role
Knowledge and experience in agile methods (Scrum, Kanban)
Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to explain complex technical concepts in an understandable way
Experience collaborating with international teams
Very good German and English skills (at least C1 level)
