About this role
Role Overview
- Create, manage, administer and troubleshoot user accounts on Microsoft Active Directory System
- Create, manage, administer and troubleshoot user accounts on Office 365
- Create, manage, administer and troubleshoot user accounts on other enterprise applications and systems as assigned
- Able to collect and automate data gathering on AD using MS tools such PowerShell and AD
- Document issues and troubleshooting steps in Incident Management system and knowledge base
- Resolve Incidents/Service Request tickets as assigned
- Provide end-user training/guidance as appropriate
Requirements
- Enrolled in Computer-related co-op programs at Universities or Colleges
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory administration
- Scripting, Windows Operating system, Office products
