Engaging in mitigation techniques to prevent different attack vectors on layers 3,4, 7
Performing real time advanced packet analysis to identify attacks and threats to our customers
Managing and documenting technical issues, responses and requests to ensure information is recorded and update
Providing support to customers to remedy and resolve network and connectivity issues
Communicating with customers regarding challenges and providing updates and results on your mitigation and analysis
Analyzing bot traffic patterns, to prevent rapidly evolving bot attacks

Have +2 years of experience and a High School / Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or its equivalent
Demonstrate knowledge of how the internet works, including, DNS. HTTP, Suite of IP Protocols
Show excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to update internal documentation
Show knowledge of common OWASP top 10 and how they relate to internet services compromise or attacks
Understand common attack preventive security techniques on L3, L4 and L7
Show knowledge into common attack types and how to mitigate those
