You will support our team with a variety of tasks across the design process:
Work across all phases of the user-centered design process
Create wireframes, interactive prototypes (Figma, Adobe XD, or similar) and design system components
Visualize user journeys, personas and customer journey maps
Organize and conduct user research, including interviews, surveys and data analysis
Support the (re)design of complex tools and dashboards
Contribute to the conception and facilitation of digital ideation workshops (e.g., with FigJam)
Prepare and present UX reports and testing results
Create content for presentations, webinars, online courses and blog posts
Assist with content production (e.g., video scripts, visual storytelling, slide decks)
Help with community management and the organization of course programs
Requirements
You are studying UX or media design, media management, marketing, communications or media studies, computer science, or have a comparable qualification
Basic knowledge of user experience principles and experience with common design and prototyping tools; experience in video production/editing is a plus
Initial experience with design software, especially Figma, and with interaction design and information architecture
Strong interest in usability and conversion best practices as well as current trends, apps and tools
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Fluent German, both written and spoken
Excellent team player with empathy and strong social skills
