Alongside Product Design, develop a deep understanding of the needs of your users, their needs and pain-points based on market insights, user research and product analytics.
Own and continuously develop an outcome-oriented roadmap and product positioning.
Own value prioritisation, enabling your cross-functional team to break down and deliver iteratively for the highest customer and business value.
Build relationships with and influence internal and external stakeholders, understand their needs, effectively managing their expectations and defining a common vision.
Requirements
Demonstrable experience in the management and ongoing development of a B2B SaaS product.
Experience of Product Management within agile, customer-centric, data-informed, quality-obsessed, cross-functional delivery teams.
Ability to plan, understand and act on quantitative and qualitative research in ways that facilitate solution design, meet business objectives and inform technology decisions.
Proficient at using data-driven insights to ensure that value proposition and hypotheses are achieving user and business outcomes.
Adept at developing a strong product strategy and outcome-oriented roadmap focusing on lean slices of value and able to prioritise in order to deliver the maximum value in the minimum amount of time.
Strong stakeholder management, engaging and building relationships across the business and clearly articulating and communicating your product vision to a diverse range of business users from senior management level to engineering, customer success and beyond.
Ability to create a product business strategy working with external stakeholders including Marketing and Sales and Support to bring a new value proposition to customers.
Excellent presentation and storytelling skills with proven ability to influence and drive alignment across an organisation.
