Underwrite senior housing investment opportunities, including acquisitions, developments, recapitalizations, and platform investments.
Build and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate property‑level and portfolio‑level returns and support investment recommendations.
Support the management of Landmark’s existing senior housing portfolio, including hold/sell/refinance analyses.
Facilitate due diligence efforts for complex transactions, coordinating with internal teams and third‑party consultants.
Assist in the development of investment templates, underwriting assumptions, and processes as the senior housing strategy is established.
Prepare investment memoranda, presentations, and supporting materials for senior leadership and the Investment Committee.
Collaborate with Asset Management, operations teams, and equity partners on budgeting, business planning, and value‑creation initiatives.
Support capital raising and capital markets initiatives by assisting with investor reporting and maintaining relationships with equity and debt partners.
Participate in site visits, conferences, and other planned travel related to investment activity.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
Approximately 1–3 years of relevant experience in real estate, private equity, investment banking, or a related investment role.
Senior housing experience is preferred but not required; candidates with strong fundamentals and exposure to other asset classes will be considered.
